Who is it for?
Anyone
who has set the intention to make movement practice an essential part of their
lives. From hobbyists to practitioners mad about movement, to teachers, this
one is for anyone who wants to level up and expand their movement practice.
Leave
feeling clear and confident on why and how you are practising movement.
What will the training be like?
Each
day we practise for 6-8 hours, with breaks for lunch and discussions.
Expect
to be challenged, working hard on a variety of levels - mentally, physically,
emotionally.
Where and when?
Working
indoors at Praksis, Canberra, and outdoors in the neighbourhoods of Canberra
city.

Who are the teachers?
Ben
is the founder of Meditative Monkey, a movement studio based in Central Coast
NSW. He is currently the head coach of the Praksis online practitioner program.
He has studied with Thomas Emerson, Harry Williams, and Yannick Kwai Pun, as
well as being a student of the Ido Portal Method under the guidance of Shai
Faran.
Phaon
is the founder of the Passive Hang, a podcast featuring teachers of movement
practice, and a YouTube channel featuring movement practice tutorials. Phaon
studied under the Praksis online practitioner program with Thomas Emerson and
studied under Juan Rueda’s Khora Movement School. He is currently a student of
Marcello Palozzo’s Human Movement Studies.
